The following terms and conditions shall apply to all services rendered by Bienvenue Telecom, a trademark of QG Group.This Rental Agreement – T&Cs sets forth the conditions on which we will provide the services offered through the Bienvenue Telecom brand. This Rental Agreement – T&C’s is a contract between you and QG Group.
Before you accept the conditions, please carefully read the terms and conditions set forth hereunder. By signing, you are bound by and have become a party to this agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement, then please do not sign or continue to use this website. We reserve the right to amend this rental agreement at any time. Any such changes will apply to future rentals after the date on which such amendment goes into effect.
QG Group provides a wireless modem rental service, along with user guides and accessories to travellers who visit France to give access to the internet in all covered zones of the Bouygues Telecom network in France. We do not offer equipment for sale.
You agree to exercise reasonable care in the use of all equipment, to handle all equipment in accordance with the user guide, and to use the Internet in accordance with local laws.All legal internet usages (including VOIP, music and video) are allowed. Our internet plan comes with a fair usage allowance of 1GB per day. Beyond this limit the line can be cut off for the rest of the day. If so, fast speed internet will automatically come back the day after by rebooting the device.You further agree that you will not do any of the following:- make repairs or modifications, or alter in any way, the equipment;- remove or alter any certification markers affixed to the equipment;- share the equipment with any third party, or allow any such third party to use the equipment, with the sole exception of a family member, companion, or friend accompanying you on your trip;- dispose of the equipment;- grant any interest in the equipment to any third party- or use the equipment for any illegal purpose.
According to the French and European laws regarding personal data conservation by telecom operators, your names and rental time shall be kept during one year ready to be communicated to the state services in case of administrative investigation.
The equipment shall be returned in good working order and condition with all accessories and user guide.
Every charges will be paid by all means available. The charges will appear on your bill.
Rental Charges: Rental fees for the use of our equipment are assessed commencing as of the Rental Start and ending as of the postmarked date on which the equipment is returned. Each rental day is due to payment. Please note that we do not apply any credit for a partial billing date; all partial days will be treated as full days for our billing purposes.
Charges for Damage to the equipment: You are solely responsible for all loss or damage to the equipment during the Rental Period. We will bill a fixed price of 140€ (20% VAT included) for every loss or damage undue to regular usage of the equipment.
